Job description

👉 As a Healthcare Manager within the Member Payments team in Liège, you will be required to:

  • You will process requests for intervention within the framework of compulsory and supplementary insurance in order to proceed with reimbursements, in compliance with the regulations and statutes in force.

  • You ensure contact with customers, providing them with detailed information and advising them on their various questions or needs, through all available communication channels.

  • You take care of service requests submitted through various channels, analysing these requests to determine whether a refund or intervention is possible, and looking for additional information if necessary to ensure a single contact with the customer.

  • You will check or carry out the calculations of health care interventions according to the type of request, the customer's complete file, in compliance with the regulations of the Health and Disability Insurance (AMI) and the articles of association of the mutual fund.

  • You update the customer's banking and identification data in his file, guaranteeing the accuracy and compliance of the information.

  • You respond within the deadlines to complaints identified internally as well as to complaints submitted to the Office de Contrôle des Mutualités (OCM), by providing appropriate solutions and in compliance with established procedures.

  • You create and transfer the reason for litigation to the competent department, in order to ensure efficient management of contentious cases.

  • You ensure the flow of responses to internal or external customers regarding intervention rejections, lack of information or documents in the file, or requests for additional information, while respecting the set deadlines.

Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience 🎓

  • You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.  

  • Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others. 🤝

  • You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry.  

  • Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service.  

  • Your proactive attitude and commitment are the drivers of your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the team's success in managing daily challenges.

  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
